Good price and quality of sound, the only thing is it came without usb cable for subwoofer so you’ve to get it separately

Only one year use, sound bar started giving issues. Waste of money.

The product was fantastic as compared to the cost, packaging and build quality is also good and imp is, it is very easy to install and use but suddenly I feel doubt on the durability, . I supposed to give 5 star rating for sound quality and but unfortunately after 1 hour I am facing connectivity issue with soundbar so I restarted but still no luck. So I called to SC and they fix my issue in a day and it was happened due to remote issue. But I recommend to purchase.

6 Month update - Good soundbar for 20k After the first month, the speakers seemed to get better and right now, I'm absolutely enjoying the quality of sound delivered. Watching 4K movies with surround Or Atmos while lounging at home is perfect. Output is balanced and voice/vocals is not overpowered by bass. Subwoofer does it's job of delivering that thump when needed. Satelites kick in as and watching action/thriller movies is really fun. On the whole, enjoying the experience and would definitely recommend it if your budget is 20k and you are looking for a good Atmos soundbar. *********************** Purchased this after I experienced dolby atmos sound at a fiends' place in the Samsung Q880B (~70K price). I was sure that I did not want to spend that kind of money on a soundbar and hence started my search at 30K price point. The choice was between the 9750 Pro and Samsung B67E. Decided to try out the 9750 Pro and I am very happy with the decision. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for an entry level dolby soundbar. Connected to my LG55 TV using HDMI, havent tried bluetooth or other audio options. Pros: 1) Delivers dolby atmos sound - 5.1.2 channel tests all work perfectly, can clearly hear sound delivered by various speakers. 2) Balanced sound - not bass heavy, can clearly hear the mids and highs 3) Content that is 5.1 channel also sounds great, hence definetly a good upgrade from my previous blaupunkt sbw100 4) Easy to setup and connect 5) Perfect pricepoint - at 20K, this is perfect for watching movies at home Cons: 1) Should provide a manual that clearly points to sound options that need to be changed in your TV to ensure that dolby sound content is available at the hdmi out For all people who are complaining about low sound from satellites, please ensure that you have enabled a) HDMI eARC in your TV - please go to advanced sound settings in your TV and enable b) Ensure that you select passthrough mode for audio - again in advanced sound settings in your TV The above settings are necessary to ensure that your TV does not throttle/downgrade dolby sound/music. If you do not change the above settings, then your soundbar will not play dolby content. How to verify if you are soundabr is receiving dolby content from TV? - the display in the soundbar will clearly say Dolby Surround (in case of 5.1) and Dolby Atmos if it is receiving the right content from TV. If the display on your soundbar stays at ARC or eARC, that means the soundbar is not reciving donly content. Hence please change your setting and confirm before you decide to return the soundbar.

Bass 4.5/5 Vocals 5/5 Build 5/5 Looks 5/5 I’m writing this review after the usage of 2week and believe me except me no one is being into sounds music more than me, kind of a geek for sounds coz I love music allot. And this soundbar is providing very pure vocals no thin noises, bass is full blowing and if you have a smaller room than 200sq ft. You’ll regret to buy this coz it’s loud as well as bass is very power full and it can may b broke your windows if they are weak. I hve used Samsung HW 550/XL which was around 17k but for after listing to zebronics 9012 pro Dolby audio it’s created a soft spot. Value for money Best sound in this segment Looks premium. Cons for me is this that even after -5 bass which is full does not lower the bass as per the numbers.
