The original and best coiled cable for DJs for their V-MODA headphones.
This is an excellent cable for DJs and a clear case of the "the original is the best". This is my second one, the first having lasted well over ten years of use and abuse at gigs as well as at home. You may be thinking, mmm, it's quite expensive and I can get cheaper clones - but don't. Stick with this as it's as rugged as your beloved V-MODA headphones. Treat them to the cable they deserve.

Needs to be slightly adjusted before using so have a Stanley knife to hand
I needed to shave a little piece of plastic at the base to make it fit all aux jacks but it wasn't a big issue. Now I have a coiled wire for my headphones that makes me look like the real DJ I am. #TheSloaneRanger

Durable and somewhat affordable
Great and durable cable fir a reasonable price. This is my second one so far. The previous one lasted for about 3 years of daily usage before the plastic conduit ripped open at one end next to the jack connector.

It does the job
if the jack is pushed in a bit too far on the headphones it can cause the sound to be bad, what could make this better as they know the level the jack has to go into the headphones is get rid of the silly lock and make the actual jack fit correctly, other than that the product works well

This is the second time I’ve purchased this cable because it looks and feels so luxurious. Love the sleek all black design and the way it locks into place. My first one lasted about a year before the rubber started coming off the wire a bit. Avoid wrapping it around your headphones when not in use, and it will last longer.

Para remplazar el cable original que a los años ya no dejaba escuchar bien los auriculares V-MODA M100

So to start off I'll say two things. One; I work with live mixing a lot and have been, with a variety of headphones for about 11 years. Two; V-Moda is one of my two favorite companies, the other being Google. Now for the review. The cable arrived earlier today. I am quite satisfied with it. I prefer coiled cables for normal listening as well as mixing from a soundboard. This particular cable has what appear to be very durable connections. They are solid metal and the cable goes into them a ways, with a spring-like wire wrap extending about an inch off the back of the metal and wrapping around the cable for protection against harsh bends at the connection (most likely place to become damaged is at the connection on most cables). The 1/4in adapter screws onto the 1/8in plug for a more secure connection On the headphone end, it's similarly premium build quality, with the exception of the slightly smaller plastic piece that protrudes out the end about 1/16in. It's also the piece that allows you to lock them into your M100s (if you happen to own a pair). The cable isn't the thickest I've ever seen for this type, but it seems to be made very well. The coils are extremely tight and springy, which feels great and makes me think they'll hold their shape/memory for a long time. Opposed to the cable you'd get with a pair of Sennheiser HD280 Pros or Sony MDR-V6 I find this cable much tighter overall. Those seem to be loose, and too pliable to be practically used for what they were designed for. This one is actually my favorite, of the ones I've used. Beyond that, I can think of very little to cover in the review. I haven't noticed any electronic interference from anything manage to slip through the Kevlar wrap on the cable. The price is irrelevant to me. I needed the functionality and would prefer to have one of these with the locking feature for my M100s than something lesser. Would be cool if it came in different colors. Would love it in red (No, I'm not even remotely a Beats garbage fan, I just like red)
