A perfect replacement. minimum alteration required.

Easy to fix and well fitted

Needed to replace the lock on my postbox when I bought my flat. This was a very tight fit to get in as it was actually about 0.2mm wider than expected. The tiny increase in size was difficult to fit but once in it's working great.

Purchased this replacement lock to replace the lost lock on newly purchased external letterbox. Once the depth/length of the lock required was determined it was an easy purchase with quick delivery. Easy and quick installation. The lock was a perfect fit, works well and seems quite robust.

The lock was a good fit and easy to replace. The key is terrible! Difficult to insert and sometimes gets trapped in the lock and is very difficult to remove. Fortunately not a lock which I will use a lot.

Bought this to replace the lock on my Brabantia post box. I did have to bend the swing lever slightly as the lock was 3mm longer than the old one and so the door was loose when scored. The key lock itself is much better than my old one and feels like it will last a long time. The description is a 16mm lock but this is the diameter, it could do with the length measurements too.

I used this product to replace a broken lock in my filing cabinet. Although an elderly lady I found it quite easy to replace , the only downside was a mini 16mm spanner was missing from the pack which I think should have been included in the deal as I had to go around my neighbours for one so I could tighten the nut. Maybe worth thinking about at a small extra cost. Sheila S

Did the job….with a bit of jiggery pokery as it wasn’t identical to the one replaced. No reflection on the product though 👍
