It is perfect. Replaced my old control with no problem. Lot less cost than new chair.

We are so glad we found this here on Amazon. My elderly Morher’s chairlift stopped working. We called a repairman to fix it and he wanted 600$ to do it. He mentioned it was the remote -!: he wanted travel time and then what he charged for the remote, etc. We did some digging and called the company and found out we can do this ourself! And Voila!!! We did! For a ton less! With this and another cord for the plug.So far after a month it’s still going strong.

The remote is an exact replacement of the original part and was very easy to plug in and it operates like the original. The cost was very reasonable and it arrived on time... very happy with this purchase

Worked right out of the box and was the perfect replacement. Tried a generic version and it did not go well. But this one was the exact replacement, and I am happy. You get what you pay for.

Direct Plugin. One thing to make it even easier for you, check for the plug in the middle of the wire for your old remote. Probably in the side pocket of the chair. If yours is like mine, the wires only broke at the remote and you don't have to replace it all the way down under the chair. (I did and later found the other plug) You won't need the end of the wire that comes with this new control then, but you'll have it if you need it. Probably turn a 10-15 minute job for me into a 1 minute or less for you.
