I bought four of these to use in two rooms. It's a bit weird to configure the app to make them work in a group - unintuitive, perhaps...but otherwise these are crazy simple to set up and I like the fact that the remotes can be paired to more than one unit. That said, the units don't communicate with one another so in cases where the units get out of sync, the units may have different colors (in which case you need to get the app going to get them synced up again). Integration with Amazon Echo/Alexa was also crazy easy, and everything works the way these sorts of things typically do so there really wasn't any messing around with user manuals or instructions or anything like that. Firmware updates are fast and the units are reasonably responsive in group mode - instant when controlling them individually. I'm super happy with these; they look a little odd standing out in the open but i have them tucked behind furniture (and in one case behind a real floor lamp) for a subtle effect. I do wish they would get a bit dimmer. 0%-100% is more like 40%-100% in reality; they should really be able to dim down further for ambient light in the evenings. The dimmability issue and certain app 'weirdness' isn't enough to ding these things a full point because they are super cool with tons of neat modes and colors, etc....so 5 stars it is!

Lamp stopped working after some nearby electrical work. Govee support diagnosed the problem and promptly issued a replacement. Professional and courteous interaction. Thanks

I bought this over the holidays on sale. I recently received an Amazon Echo as a gift, and wanted to use some of the smart home features it offers. I’m picky about my lighting - I prefer indirect lighting, and really prefer to be able to adjust the brightness. Adjusting color is a huge bonus as well, since I try to limit blue light exposure, and use warm tones at night to help me sleep. Another concern of mine is having too many remotes! The idea of adding more remotes around the room and house is kind of a nightmare, so being able to control things with my phone or my voice is magical. Every other Govee product I have tried has been wonderful, and this is no exception. The light it puts out is perfect for my needs, though it may be just a bit dim for others depending on expectations. Don’t expect this to be the same as having a chandelier or some other type of overhead lamp - the point of this design is to have indirect light that gently glows throughout your space. To that effect, it’s perfect. The quality is great. Assembling it was easy. Pairing it with the app was intuitive and painless. The amount of customization available is nearly overwhelming but a welcome feature to have. My only gripe is the cost - I don’t think this is worth $150, but I’m happy with it for what I paid when it was on sale ($99). It seems like it will last me a long time. My smart products are almost entirely Govee, now. I have a few power strips that are not since Govee does not offer that in their product lineup, but if they did, I would have purchased them over the ones I have. I like Govee so much, that I am even considering purchasing their smart tea kettle! When you find quality products that just work, from a company that cares about its customers, it’s hard to justify looking elsewhere.

So I purchased a pair of these Govee RGB Floor lamps to use as accent lights for my videos & I ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE with them. However after about 3 months of minimal use (LITERALLY once a week at most at around 15-20 minutes at a time). One of them just stopped working. No problem, I contacted Govee.. & WOW!! Their customer service were quick to reply and within 2 days a replacement lamp was at my doorstep. Now, 4 months later.. The SAME THING HAS HAPPENED! The other half of my initial pair, has completely stopped working, with the replacement lamp being the sole lamp that still works. I contacted Govee for a FULL REFUND last night, and even told them that I would send BOTH the broken, as well as the working lamp back after being fully reimbursed. They told me there was no need to send anything back, they issued a full refund of BOTH purchased lights, and the refund has already landed in my account! This is a case of MIND BLOWING AWESOME customer service, towards a horrible, (cheaply built product) I would NOT recommend these lights, unless there is some type of updated version that lasts longer than 6 months. I attached a photo to compliment this review where you can clearly see one working light dead center of my window frame, with the non-working one to the left of it. If you're considering the Govee Floor Lamp, here's the deal—it's an excellent lighting option, especially when compared to the premium-priced Philips HUE. While the Philips HUE may offer a superior build and a superb app, the cost difference is substantial. You can get three Govee lamps for the price of one Philips HUE item, making it a more cost-effective choice. That being said, the Govee lamps work great for the price. I've purchased various lighting products from them, including rope lights, desk lights, regular lamps, and multiple floor lamps. They all perform admirably. The only downside is that the app can be a bit wonky, and sometimes they develop bugs over time. However, Amazon or Govee is quick to replace them when needed. Overall, I highly recommend them

I have several Govee products, including 3 different kinds of lights. The H6072 Floor Lamp is my favourite! I place it facing into a corner and set it to several different colours so it creates a colour gradient. It's on a timer so it turns on and off the same time each evening. The remote is a nice plus, so I don't have to have my phone nearby should I want to turn it on or off at different times. My only complaint is its durability. The first one I had barely lasted a year before the base stopped entirely working. Normally, I would not be able to give such a short lifespan product a 5 star review. However, after contacting support, and unsuccessfully troubleshooting the broken lamp, Govee promptly sent me a replacement. My overall experience with their products and support has been good so I can recommend.

This lamp is great! It doesn’t take up too much space, can be a regular cool or warm white lamp, or you can put some very cool patterns on it. I have it setup in the bedroom where I have it connected to Google assistant. Note that you need to pre-program some of the different listing patterns before you can call them via Google assistant. Out of the box you can ask Google to turn the lamp on and set to a variety of colours including “Barbie pink”. Easy to put together and it adds a lot of dimension. I bought a second one after the first one worked out so well. Watch for Amazon coupons on the listing.
