I updated my review to 5 stars after receiving the second one. It works perfectly and I wish my doctor would have given me one of these for rehab after my neck surgery. It works great as a neck brace as well as a traction device. It fits comfortably all over. I've tried many other devices looking for some pain relief and this one has everything I've been wanting. I'm 6'3", 280 lbs and I think that's about the limit this will open up. This one lifts your head equally all the way around instead of just the chin like others. I'm very happy with it.

Seems to be helping. Seems like good quality also. I have herniated discs. It lost a star because the padding was not installed corrrectly or stright and the stick tabs where still loose etc. So just spend sometime geting all the padding and velcro etc. installed correctly. Wish it went up further too.

I purchased this product because my father was dealing with constant neck and shoulder pain. He was in so much pain that we were looking for anything to bring him some relief. His chiropractor recommended he tried a cervical traction device like this. He uses this product daily. Sometimes two to three times a day depending on his pain. It has helped him tremendously. It is of great help when he does not have therapy. I have even used the product myself when walking up with a stiff neck. It brings so much relief. I would purchase this product again, and probably will if this one ever wear out. The product is easy to use, and very comfortable to wear.

Much better than the first less expensive one I purchased. This one places more pressure on the cervical area offering much more relief from my neck pain. Fairly comfortable too. Glad I have it for those unbearable days.

tightening Knob broke what now?

This didn't fit. Couldn't get it over my head. I wish it came in sizes. Very disappointed.

Overkill. Inflatable versions work better.
