Sleepy from excess...Start with smaller doses
When I did some research to find this product, I thought 500mg would be the right halfway point to work for me, since I already drink 1-3 cups of coffee a day. It worked great the first day with just 2 capsules. The 2nd day, the 2 capsules worked only a few hours and the 3rd capsule made me sleepy. The 3rd day, within 10mins, my body got so relaxed/weakened, I needed to sleep. The past few nights, I've had THE BEST sleep in years lol I redid my research and found out that blocking the sleep receptors excessively creates a buildup that leads to the sluggish crash feeling😵💫
