Writing this review after more than a yearโs usage. Itโs perfect. No other product provides this much functionality like the touch buttons, various modes. Everybody is selling products with much lesser features at much higher price. If youโre reading this, just go for it and Amazon always have the best price

Lid worn out, doesnโt stop boiling
I returned this item after few days first time because the lid didnโt shut properly and the kettle kept boiling without stopping automatically. I received a replacement, but it is also now faulty. The cover is plastic and seems to be worn out after use. It does not close firmly, so the water keeps boiling until I stop it manually! Very dangerous. So disappointed!
