Used to connect the ventilation hose in my sailing boat to the inlet blower onboard. Excellent fit. Highly recommend it. Great value for money.

Works well for connecting but not 100% sure on its noise reduction. In terms of using this instead of regular tubing ,it does seems quite in that sense.
