Perfect for my aux O/R (red) diesel fuel hose. Google the Utah Rancher that gave me my idea how to utilize this product on my work truck.

a bit weak , only suitable for very light work
It is OK for light tools since it is cheap, but i prefer the Tigon one which is more sturdy

Broke after 18 months of light use
Worked great until it died. Quality is not where it needs to be. Used to hold an electric car charging cable out of the way. No more than twice a day use.

solves a problem
Installed it in my garage to "suspend" EV charging cable around the car without. This was an economical, safe, convenient, and elegant way to solve a problem without breaking the bank. I was able to suspend the EV charging cable from overhead garage door suspension frame so that my wife can just reach up, pull it down, charge her car and reverse the process in the morning. Before, she had to walk behind her car and spend time and effort coiling and uncoiling dirty and unwieldly cable around the back of her car. In variably she would have run over the cable at some point.

High quality product
This tool balancer is definitely a high quality product. Well worth the money! It didn't quite work for my application as the tension had to be set pretty high for my 4.5 lb iron. I had to use a fair amount of muscle to resist the pull back.
