It does what it's supposed to do.
I'm using it with a Mondo Elite. I didn't have to play games or fool around with it. just plugged it in and the radio streamed through it. can't ask for anymore than that.

Doesn't Work With Embedded Driver
As others have said, this adapter doesn't work with the embedded driver that's built-in to the Grace Digital radios. I have two of the radios. I bought the USB adapter for the first one from Grace Digital and it works as intended with both radios. This adapter fails to work with either radio. It must use a slightly different chipset. I'll probably order one directly from the Grace website. Until then, the wireless function will get me by.

solid wire connection
Sometimes it's just better to have a good solid wired connection to the internet and this provides it.

Lets the wi-fi radio operate over ethernet
Just like adding the missing Ethernet port to the radio. No fussing with wi-fi passwords or dealing with weakened wi-fi signal out in the garage.

Doesn't work with Grace Digital Encore GDI-IRC7500
The Grace Digital Encore GDI-IRC7500 radio is a good-sounding internet clock radio and network media which occasionally cluster-fails its wifi connection -- making for some ugly mornings.I finally relented, bought this purported remedy, followed the persnickety owner's manual instructions, and this adapter just doesn't work -- radio won't start with this attached. Having factory reset the radio in a good faith effort to make it work, I am currently worse off than before I bought this adapter.
