Very effective and a really good size.

These magnesium flakes are great! They are definitely way better than epsom salt. I was looking for a better alternative for a tub soak than epsom salt. Read a few things about these magnesium flakes and are glad I did. They are perfect for when you need to soak sore muscles and they absolutely help with a good nights sleep. I use these at least once a week in the tub and soak for at least 20 minutes. That night I sleep very good. Highly recommend !

I read how good this stuff was from spraying it on the bottoms of your feet to soaking your feet in it I've noticed nothing (insert shrug emoji)

Love this product . Really helps with muscle soreness . Highly recommend for the bath
