I’ve been using this knee pillow consistently for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I’m a side sleeper, and before this, I’d often wake up with lower back or hip discomfort. Since using the pillow, my spine feels better aligned and I wake up feeling less stiff. The pillow holds its shape well and hasn’t gone flat, even with nightly use. It’s firm enough to provide support but still comfortable not too hard. I also appreciate that it stays in place through the night instead of slipping out from between my knees. After the first week, I started noticing less pressure in my hips, and by week three, my overall sleep quality improved. I’m not tossing and turning as much, and mornings feel easier on my body. Overall, this knee pillow has become part of my regular sleep routine. If you’re a side sleeper dealing with hip, knee, or lower back discomfort, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

This pillow has saved my sleep life! Recently, I developed pain in my left hip/butt cheek. It is only a problem when I am lying down. If I fall asleep, fast enough, the pain won’t bother me, but if it takes too long, I can’t fall asleep. using this pillow has properly aligned my legs and hip. I am able to flip-flop in bed throughout the night without being awakened by a sharp pain. This pillow is allowing me to sleep through the night! It is comfortable, cooling and firm. The reason I purchased this pillow is because it has a strap on it. I was worried that as I turned in the night that the pillow wouldn’t stay in place. The strap is fine, but I actually don’t need it to sleep.This pillow is such great quality. I have actually brought it with me on a vacation trip that I recently took. I don’t think I will ever sleep without it again. It is so worth the purchase.

This is a 3.5 star review. Selected 3 star. May adjust rating later... I have 2 bad knees. When sleeping I resorted to wadding up the comforter and covers between my legs. Nice, soft, did the trick...until I flipped over (side sleeper). Then had the task of going through wadding up task again. Restless sleep. No need for my "process" with this as it attaches to my leg. If these were a little bit longer (length of thigh dimension) it would work better for me. I have a 36 inch inseam and am about 6-4 tall. I'm familiar with memory foam as I have a 2nd from top of the line certain brand memory foam pillow top mattress. Initially the memory foam is a little stiff even after warming up. I know it will soften up after time. A few times there was some discomfort where this was attached to my thigh/calf. Perhaps a little longer length would alleviate this. Hoping after a bit less than a month after use the memory foam wears in and softens up some. Outside of that - I still use, and like this thing. It's very nice flipping from one sleeping side to the other that this follows my movement and has helped me sleep better. Latest edit 8/30/19 - I bought an alternative product. It was more expensive (about $119 on Amazon). This reviewed product works. But over time with use it became uncomfortable. I have a 36 inch inseam for pants if that helps anyone. This kept my knees from banging against each other but the short length made it uncomfortable. All the pressure from one leg rested on this small surface area. I've used the other product I purchased a few nights now and it distributes the weight of my legs much more evenly, and when properly positioned it even spaces my ankles apart. It is much more comfortable. I dinged this review one star because of the manufacturer assumption one size fits all. If you are tall/long legs, it doesn't work ideally. I want to be clear - for most people this will probably work well, and worked better than "nothing" for me. But if you are tall/long legs and want to even separate your feet from resting on each other - it will probably cost you more money for a better alternative. Overall - if you can't spend the money for a longer covering leg area product, stick with this. But there are better alternatives for folks with long legs and/or want to space their feet apart while side sleeping. Hopefully this helps in your buying decision.

This is my first review on Amazon in the years that I have been a member - this pillow is that good. I ordered this knee pillow after buying two other ergonomic products from this company that were fantastic. I can’t remember why exactly I originally bought it. My partner sleeps with a pillow beneath their knees so I may have just gotten one for them and decided to get one for me as well. I’m 27 and have had back pain for as long as I can remember. Probably high school at the earliest. As a child I was a stomach sleeper but in college after getting a rib tattoo, I began to sleep on my back to let my side heal. It eventually developed into me being a side dominant and ocasional back sleeper. My back pain was never bad enough for me to see a doctor. It was the kind you wake up in the morning with and say, “Geez... my back is really sore.” After I got out of bed and started my day it would alleviate and I wouldn’t notice it again unless I would lie down on my back. At that point my lower back would feel very tight and pinchy and it would take several minutes for it to relax and flatten out. I suspected I had spine issues but it never got bad enough to seek out a doctor for it. I have depression, I work a desk job, and I’m not as active as I should be so I thought it came with the territory. After buying and using this pillow since May 1st, I have not had the back pain that I’ve noticed before. I think it’s the pillow but I’m also aware that working from home, etc could be part of it. It was mildly uncomfortable the first few nights until the memory foam broke in (I’m a petite person so at first it had my knees higher up due to it being firmer from no one using it) but has been wonderful ever since. I suspect that when lying on my side with my knees pressed together that my back was being kept really out of alignment. I put this pillow between my lower thighs just above my knee caps and let my feet rest just off to the side of one another since I have bony ankles. I can no longer sleep without or even lie on my side for tv or reading without this pillow because my knees and back protest it. I do not use the strap because it wasn’t comfortable to me and tended to cause me to get tangled up at night. I do thrash around in my sleep at night sometimes so I will wake up and the pillow is nearby but not in position. I haven’t noticed the back pain so even with it coming loose at night it must be putting less strain on my back during the night just by having it. I may go back to trying the strap now that I’ve broken it in. This pillow is well worth a try if you suffer back pain and think it’s due to poor sleep posture. Highly recommend this product.

seriously life changing sleep, I never felt comfortable with just a regular pillow between my legs but this thing does wonders for my sciatica and relieves lots of of pain I would deal with in the morning (sleep the opposite way your disc issue is bulging or herniated and wake up way less in pain) also funny enough it also makes spooning with my partner way more comfortable☝🏻🙆🏻‍♀️ i also use it as a neck pillow sometimes too when laying flat with my feet up currently 5’5 180 and it fits very comfortably between my legs, definitely big enough for someone who is 210-215

I bought this knee pillow back in 2022. I absolutely loved it and use it every night. I have washed the cover several times and have had no problem. A few weeks ago when I went to wash it, the zipper was hard to unzip, but with some effort/ elbow grease I was able to get the product cover unzipped. I went to wash it again last week and this time I could not unzip it at all. I contacted Amazon to see if there was a replacement cover because I was just going to cut the old one off and put the new one on, but Amazon told me that it carries a lifetime warranty. I then contacted the support for Upper Echelon on Tues explaining the situation and on my doorstep today (Friday) was a brand new pillow!. The item was replaced with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. They responded to my email the very next day. Responses like that show me that they value their customers and they are very professional and I will recommend them to anybody and everybody that I know. So if you have any doubts about purchasing this knee pillow, my advice is to not have any doubts. If there is an issue they thoroughly stand behind the product.

i can feel my feet melting in it on the 'gel-based' version, its the nicest feeling ever. I also have RLS (restless leg syndrome) and as soon as I feel myself shaking my leg, I put my foot on this, which stops the relentless leg shaking. I found that its better than simply telling myself "Not" to shake my leg. Its Nice and comfy gives feels of relaxation! its a bit expensive, but atleast for me, its worth the penny.
