Plant based protein drinks are so good for you. Yes, they taste diffeent. But not anything you can't get use to. I have tried several protein drinks for several months. Overall the plant based protein drinks offer the best nutrients for your body. Especially the OWYn Pro Elite Vegan Plant Based High Protein Shake. The Elite has no sugar, 32g of Protein, Dairy free, no Trans Fat, only 1 gram of Saturated Fat These are important to always check when purchasing a protein drink. At least they are for me. Being Plant based is an added bonus. Whether you work out or just need a pick me up in the afternoon. Give these a try.

I love that these protein drinks are clean. Not full of stuff your body doesn’t need. You need to really shake them up. They tend to be thicker than the protein shakes that have all the chemicals. I have crohn’s disease and they don’t upset my stomach. They taste really great in iced coffee. I drink one and I’m full for hours.

I ordered this because of the high protein content, 32 grams per bottle. I've had other OWYN drinks prior. The 1st bottle I opened had a sludge-like gathering over and inside the bottle's mouth. As directed, I shook it vigorously for 30 seconds, with no change. I scooped the thickened stuff out and proceeded to drink from the bottle. There was a bit of an odd, maybe sour, taste, so I could only tolerate half the bottle. After 30 minutes, my stomach began to feel queasy, and as another 15-20 minutes passed, I had a completely upset stomach. I waited 4 days before attempting to have another bottle. Again, when I opened it, there was thick sludge in the bottle neck. Shaking still didn't help break it up. There is also a sour smell to the rest of the contents. While I was looking forward to enjoying these drinks and supplementing my protein intake, I cannot drink these as they are and am requesting a refund.
