Comfortable and easy to mold
I got this mouth guard for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a combat sport which is considered “low impact”. If you are going to be participating in a activity with more head contact (Football, MMA, Boxing, etc) I would suggest getting a thicker more robust mouth guard. For sports where head contact is less pronounced, illegal, or only happens accidentally, this is a perfect mouth guard.It is relatively simple to mold to the users teeth, just watch a few youtube videos before attempting to mold so you are familiar with the process. It’s also great in that while offering protection, it doesn’t really interfere with breathing or drinking. I never find myself struggling to breath around this mouth guard despite being exhausted and I’ve never struggled to drink water while wearing it.It also stays put as long as you mold it correctly. I haven’t had it fall out by accident yet and it’s protected my teeth from bashing together from some hard falls I have taken while wearing it.

Great Mouthguard
Product is a great choice as it is minimal so it does not make it hard to breath when playing. I also like the authentic fit and being able to mold and re-mold as much as necessary to get the proper fitting.

Best mouth piece
The media could not be loaded. This is a great mouthpiece it fits perfectly molds easily and most importantly protects your teeth well from any damage from any sport

Great fit and comfort
This mouth piece is great except it is a little challenging to mold it. It took a couple of tries to get it right and if you really do it wrong it will be useless.

A mouth guard that you can breathe in
The design is perfect for my 13 yr old daughter that wrestles. She is able to breathe, talk and drink with it in and does not choke on it like other mouth guards she has tried. After a mouth injury where she had to wear a retainer (Invisalign type) full time for a few weeks to stabilize her tooth she was able to reshape the mouth guard over it. We will be back to purchase more for our other kids that are in sports.

Not for people with bruxism
I bought this mouth guard because I read the reviews and I wanted to give this mouth guard a try. I have been through a LOT of mouth guards- Sleep Right, Wilson- you name it, I've tried it. I am a clencher/grinder looking for relief, so I am NOT using this for sports. I am looking for a mouth guard that can provide me with two things: 1. Soft cushion for my teeth so I don't break my crowns/do further harm to my TMJ 2. A mouth guard that STAYS PUTThis mouth guard did one of those things very well. It stays. When I molded it, I thought I wasn't going to be able to get it out. Ever. It took me 10 full minutes to get it out of my mouth. On the plus side, if you play contact sports, you won't have to worry about choking on it.I did try wearing this to sleep, but it is SO HARD, my teeth hurt the next morning, and they felt slightly out of place. I couldn't wear it anymore.I would recommend this to anyone playing sports, but I would not recommend this to people like me.3 stars because I THINK it would be good for sports, but I'm no athlete, so I don't want to lead anyone astray.
