Great taste
Good quality. Great taste. No debris to clean out. Kind of pricey, but convenient and no waste like in some other brands I have purchased.

Mostly good, but contained what may have been a couple pebbles
This barley has a pleasant taste & texture when pressure cooked in lightly salted water. On one or two occasions I did notice a small, very hard object slightly smaller than a dry barley berry among the cooked grain, which was an unpleasant interruption while eating the otherwise nice barley.

Whole grain! USA grown!
Great hulled barley! All the benefits of the whole grain! A little time to soak & prep - but well worth it. I see reviews where people are displeased with it - they are thinking 'hulled' means the hull has been removed. 'Hulled" means the grain has the hull! They need to search for hull-less barley or pearl barley!

Fast shipping!
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly this arrived to my door. It came in tact without incidence. I always hold my breath when I order grain. Sigh of relief. The other happy is the expiration date, was more than I expected. Fresh product sent to me. Another plus! Planning on long term storage (Mylar) for longer freshness. Though it’s not been ground yet, I expect a good flavor experience as well. It comes in a partly clear bag, so from what I can see upon inspection, looks clean. Glad I purchased from this company.

Stay away from this inedible barley
This product was entirely unusable as the hulls of the barley remained mostly intact. Further, there are many hull debris and other hard, inedible foreign object debris to be found when rinsing. This company is either incorrectly defining their product or they are incapable of processing this grain to a remotely acceptable standard. As this product is not returnable, I don't recommend taking a risk on its quality. The attached image shows properly hulled barley (from another company in the grey cup) next to this improperly processed product. The difference is clear.
