The blade is set in a robust die cast zinc head with rust-resistant enamelled finish, mounted onto a 9" shaft that enables you to deliver more power than standard scrapers, giving greater reach and extra purchase for the most difficult jobs. It is ideal for tasks such as stripping wallpaper - especially woodchip and textured papers - and removing paint, tiles, vinyl flooring, grout, silicone, adhesives, sealants, scale and more. The blade is secured in position by a countersunk screw, which makes for easy changing of spent blades and the rugged handle features a textured non-slip grip for comfort and reduced hand fatigue, especially during extended use.
