Any tips fpr printing on a Prusa MK3s+ ?

I printed the 3DLabprints Cub at 190 degrees hot end and 50 degrees bed heat on my Creality Ender 5 using the Yellow Polymaker filament. There were lots of blobs on the inside surfaces, but the wings and fuselage looked exactly like the real cloth covered Cub. Very happy with this filament.

What is the difference between the product on the cardboard spool vs the plastic spool? Other than the spool obviously is the product the same?

The difference is in the weight

What is the actual density? I have seen in the descriptions 0.8, 0.61 and "less than half" of regular PLA numbers. They don't match.

PolyMaker LW is not "less than half" the weight of "regular PLA" as far as I know and have tested. This is not "Active Foaming" PLA like ColorFabb, eSun, SainSmart etc. It is a PLA Foam or otherwise "Pre-Foamed PLA. I still think it is a good choice for many applications. Specific Density of the unextruded filament probably may vary between 0.6 and 0.8gcm3. It may have a refined formulation in the newest batches achieving "half the weight" but I may be a little skeptical of that claim without testing the latest batches. Conservatively I think you could see a 25-30% weight reduction and quiet possibly more with certain printing techniques.
