Being a vegetarian for more than 50 years, I am aware that I don’t get the 9 essential amino acids from the foods I eat. I appreciate the purity and strength I receive from this product. I am 69 years old and I truly believe that the benefits of drinking this almost every day have contributed to my energy and overall health. Adding lemon juice helps cut the sweetness. But overall, I’d recommend trying it for 6 months. I hope this helps.

This product in my opinion is one of the best, I’ve been using it since l’ve been doing exercises and the results are amazing.

The quality seems good, and similar to other products. I am very grateful that it is vegan! That said, it’s taste (lemon/lime) could be better, and it requires some vigorous stirring, but again, I am grateful for this product.

I watch a lot of podcasts and ran across one explaining the importance of the 9 essential amino acids supporting muscles. It went on reminding that organs such as the heart, bladder etc are also muscles. I've had some bladder issues and my doctor put me on some pills that did absolutely nothing so I thought I'd give this product a try. I dissolve it in green tea and it's quite refreshing. Much to my surprise, within a few days, my bladder issues went away. I can only imagine how it's helped my heart. Doctors rarely suggest nutritional supplements only push pills. I recommend this product as a dietary supplement.

I like the priceI like that it doesn't have sugar or sucralose! And no asuflame- over all great product.I do wish it had 6-7 grams instead of the 3.6 gramps you get (but the price does reflect that)As for the taste: it if you mix it in the amount of water recommended it is a little bitter ( but you can't have a great flavor these days without tons of sugar or other sweeteners) I recomend putting it in twice as much water as recommended then it just tastes like water with a hint of lemon and not bitter.

I was looking for a clean JUST separate Essential Amino Acid powder, as a replacement protein- and NOT all the ‘bro science’ additive loaded, BCAA packed (that’s hell on kidneys) stuff on the market.The package is tiny, it tastes like straight-up poison because it has the cheapest inedibly bitter Stevia in it. And to get anything like the eaa’s in actual food- a $2/ a lb chicken or plant protein powder, you’d have to find a way to cough down 15 or more servings, basically the tub would last 3 days.Should have said “WARNING- packed with Stevia and kidney crushing bro-level BCAA’s, like every other bulking powder out there. High priced, just drink a whey or plant protein smoothie or have some eggs or chicken.”

I like that this powder dissolves well in a water bottle. I like even better that there is no sucralose or Acesulfame K, which are bad for gut health and possibly carcinogenic. They use Stevia, which is low risk. The drawback is that they don't tell you the specific amount of each EAA, they say it is proprietary, which is not fair to consumers who need to making choices. The other drawback is I get heartburn because it is so acidic.
