Wow! I was really impressed when this griddle showed up. We purchased it for a roadtrip and old camping stove. This is heavy duty cast iron and was perfect for grilling our salmon filets! My husband loves to use blackening seasoning, and usually does it in the house - only problem is there is a strong fish and seasoning smell for hours afterwards. This griddle cooked our salmon perfectly, fit 3 nice size salmon filets and we were very happy with it! So glad I made this purchase!
