Fiber from this source is a fat sponge. Lowers cholesterol..so up your good fats! Normally this is quite expensive..bit this brand was affordable, did not upset my colitis!! I will buy again. Check with your doc and monitor your lipids closely so you dont also lower your good fats too much!!

The media could not be loaded. This product does a good job for me in keeping my stomach flatter. Along with my regular exercise routine, and diet. I have been buying another one on Amazon (orange label) and after two months I noticed it was Not doing anything for me, so I tried Ultra Lipo Chitosan and noticed a difference the first day.
