Tastes amazing! I have tried nearly every flavour and to be honest that's the best one! Helps me with cramps and heat stress. Can't do without them during my workouts also when is hot outside.

Tastes just like pina colada
I use these as I have POTS and I find them really helpful, easy to take quickly, taste just like piña colada which is a nice change from the standard orange flavours.

Taste good
I used these when out on long runs because I am so sweaty. They taste good, Pina colada with a slight salt aftertaste. Chalky texture, which is not too hard to chew whilst running.

Best tasting ones I’ve tried
Having POTS I’ve tried multiple sources of electrolytes some tolerable, some not. These though WOW! If you like pineapple and coconut you will love these, close your eyes and it’s like lying on a beach sipping a pina colada. Fantastic.
