If you haven't used this stuff before be ready! It will take a while to run your wires into the protective cover. Having said that, I stretched my 2 wires between some boards making them tight. It was easier to use a small screwdriver to open the loom because of its thickness and used my thumb to push the wires in. 20 feet in about 15 minutes. The quality of the product is outstanding, thick enough to protect the cord and should function as advertised. Once installed it looked great! Hopefully nobody ever sees it! Great product, great price, don't hesitate!

I got this to protect wires running the length of my pickup under the bed. It is easy to install once you get how it fits. It comes with a plastic tool that allows you to open the shroud in order to slide the wire into it. You will need some electrical tape to wrap it every few feet or so, and some zip ties to attach it to the body as you go along. I have had it installed for about a month now and it has protected the wires to my new backup camera. It is very easy to cut with a pocket knife or snips. It looks good, and works well. It is about 5/8 " thick and comes in a resealable plastic bag.

These coverings are useful when needed.However, They only last about five years outdoors.The UV light destroys them.
