You can buy (and easily install) happiness!!!
Fits like a glove on my 2024 Maverick Lariat! Easy to follow instructions, all the parts and tools you need (well, almost), and quick, easy install. It did NOT come with a T-20 star wrench which I needed to remove the bottle opener on the tailgate, but fortunately I had one in my toolbox. SUCH a huge improvement for such a small part. It's one of the little things that makes me even happier I bought a Maverick! $20 extremely well spent!!!

Great by but missing one tool
The item was good works well. However I hate the fact it did not include the T-30 bit to remove the bottle opener from the tailgate on the 2025 Ford Maverick. So of course I had to run to Lowe’s and purchase it. Instead of including the flat head screw driver which I really didn’t need. You should include the T-30 bit to remove the screws from the tailgate. Other than that works well so far. Yes I would recommend.

Great!
Was fairly easy to install. Works great and as advertised. I do recommend you getting your own T but for this though. The tool given was not big enough to break free the bolt. I used a bit in a drill and it worked fine.

Slow and easy
The system works great, exactly as stated and exactly what I wanted. Installation was quick and simple. The reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the star wrench. Before attempting to install i seen It was nowhere near the right size to remove the existing bolt on my 2004 F150. It fit the supplied bolt very loosely. Not many people have a key this size in there tool box, I ended up buying a set at harbor freight for 9$ instead of a single for 4 at local auto parts but I figured I would be likely to use the smaller pics in the set eventually. Once I had what I needed Installation was a breeze and no further issues.

Works on 2025 Ford Maverick Hybrid
It was very easy to install. It only took about 15 minutes. There are many YouTube videos that show the installation process if you need any help. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for an inexpensive upgrade.I recommend buying a Torx bit socket set to make installation easier than using the included tools.

Easy to install and works well
Although I haven't had this on my truck very long, this addition to your Maverick is worth the money. It is easy to install, has accurate easy to read instructions, and works well for the modest price you pay for it. I would recommend it.

Works great easy install !
Easy install. Top mounting bracket was very tight but the included torx tool got it off. Bottom bracket easy install with the included allen tool, just be sure to put the bolt on the screw enough before you put the bolt in, so it doesn't fall off into the bed! Also use locktite or nail polish or something on the bolt to keep it tight. Bottle opener / tie down removal tool not included so you'll need a different size torx. Shock install at the end simple, but push the ends on don't hammer them in! Bed drops a little bit before the shock takes over. Open slowly as designed no noise or bang. Cheaper alternative to DeeZee and some others, and I don't like that Ford Accessories ship to the dealer for pick up!

Works alright. Instructions meh.
Works. Requires removal of tailgate tiedown bracket. The instructions set you up for failure when installing the bracket to the tailgate. Don't try to hold the square nut inside of the tailgate, just put the bolt, washer, bracket, then square nut together with the nut only threaded on a few turns. Then you can put the entire assembly in at once and take up most of the slack of the bolt. Slide it all the way in, then pull out on the bracket to apply tension to it once it's turned appropriately. Tighten down from there.
