Very good quality electrolyte powder. Tastes great & we mix it in with our creatine in the morning. No weird ingredients. Mixes easily in water.

These electrolytes are great. Superior to the others I've tried. Good flavor and not overpowering.The only complaint is the packaging. Tall narrow container with a short handled measure. So I have to stick my hand down in it when the product starts getting low. For a week or so my hand rubs against the sides uncomfortablely as I try to get the last of it.The container could be shorter and wider which would make for ease of use. Or provide a long handed measure.There is no reason for the container to be so tall, the product isn't anywhere near the top when it's full.

We love Dr. Berg, and it was just recently that we started to follow his nemesis, Dr. Ekberg. When we saw his profile, drive for better hydration in seniors, and his healthy lifestyle we decided to try his electrolytes and compare them to Dr. Berg's. My husband does a fair job of hydrating himself as he still works, but my being retired and 70...I find myself not enjoying plain water despite having our own water well at 750' because it's 'boring'. I like flavor! We did the test between the two experts, and there was no question that Ekberg's version not only fully dissolved, but it tasted ever so much better! It was actually quite delicious! Though this one does cost more, the benefit of palatability and no leftover grit is hands down worth it! I'm a picky drinker, and a health fanatic as well, so if it doesn't taste good or have the right texture, I'm not going to consume it. Additionally, we don't touch sugar or standard sweeteners beyond Stevia. So this version was clearly a big winner in our comparisons, and we will continue to purchase more in the future. I used this during my five day fast. This has a pleasant lemon-lime flavor in 18-24 ounces of water. This totally desolves in water and doesn't feel granular like many powdered mixes. The consistency is like fine powdered sugar. While the upfront cost is a lot the cost per serving is less than most store-bought electrolyte mixes. Especially high quality ones. I will purchase this again.

Love Dr ekberg, love this electrolyte drink. It is fairly expensive. It lasted a long time but alas it is time to buy again and i will have to cringe and spend another 60 dollars. Also, the shipping time was very long when i ordered because it became backordered after my order.The taste is light(which i like) and not overly fake tasting. Kinda like a lemon lime aid drink. Not to salty like some electrolytes. I'll buy again but I'll shake my fist at Dr Ekberg one time for the price. But I still love ya you big bald beautiful man.

I've been using Dr. Ekbergs electrolyte formula for a couple years now. I find it much too sweet for my taste. Pun intended. Knowing that it's very sweet, I started ordering 1 flavored, and 1 unflavored and mixing them together and I get the level of flavor and sweetness I like. Word of caution though: mix very carefully in a large container or bowl. It's very fine and creates a toxic cloud. I use an empty, clean large plastic Maxwell House coffee container. Then I use a ladle to transfer to a container that is easy to dose from. Great product!!

Tastes good, and has good levels of potassium and magnesium. I need to drink it over a few hours, chugging it in the morning does not end well.

I really don't understand the reviews that say it dissolves well. I mix it multiple times and it still keeps settling out on the bottom of my glass of water and even though I drink it before it stops spinning there is still product on the bottom and the sides of the glass. The taste is good. I can't say how effective it is yet. But so far so good with my health.
