Was exactly what I needed for my recipe

I cook lots of stir fry dishes and I use lots of oyster sauce, toasted sesame oil and soy sauce. I usually use the Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce so that's the only one I can compare this Chung Jung sauce to.This is about the same consistency as my usual oyster sauce. It seems to me that the oyster flavor isn't as strong in this one. And some might prefer that. It is a good sauce and I'd certainly recommend to give it a try.

This oyster sauce is the real deal. I dont know if it is well priced. But it makes a very good black bean sauce, as well as stand alone oyster sauce for vegetables, tofu, etc.

Smelled good but obviously froze and ruptured sometime during shipping. Opened package to big smelly mess. Thank goodness the bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap or would have leaked all over. Obviously should have been in BOX. NOT ENVELOPE. AND THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.CAUTION IN ORDERING SAUCES OR LIQUIDS!!! CARRIERS ARE NOT CAREFUL!!!
