Not happy
This thing crashes shortly after connecting to the internet. There's no disc drive for manual game installs. I literally can't do anything with this. I'm VERY displeased and disappointed. I love the light up mouse, mouse-pad, and keyboard but those are not enough to fix the terrible wifi connections. And the crashes that come with trying to connect to the internet via wifi.Ether net doesn't work for me. I don't have a spot in my home to attach my computer to. I dont have access to my router. The wifi adapter in the computer took some damage (I assume) from that stupid packing foam you shipped inside the tower and now the whole thing is rendered useless due to connectivity.

Waste of money
I put 5 stars to hopefully get it at the top of the list so everyone can see this because I know lots of people will not look at the low star ratings!!! I bought this pc for a friend to transfer from console to pc and we went through a lot trying to get it to work like a normal pc. Right off the start we noticed the motherboard was very very old and has no information online about it. We couldn’t even figure out a website for the motherboard and they claim to be apart of sky tech company but if you go to sky techs website they state that they’re not associated with STG at all. The next problem is you cannot find any bios updates for the motherboard. On top of that the internet speed with the motherboard on a wired internet connection is very poor. You only have a useable internet speed with the given WiFi adapter and that is in the form of a tiny usb. Even switching out the motherboard would probably have the same issues in my opinion but I’m not sure. I cannot say that I did do that due to return policy but I cannot say that I did not do that, you will just have to guess. Trust me this pc is not worth it and for 50 dollars more or even a 100 more you can get a way better pc that boots up and has no problems like this one. Stay away from STG as a whole.

Its either good or bad
This computer CAN be good. They used refurbished and cheap components. I waited about 6 months before doing this review. As i am writing this review I'm waiting on the new components i ordered to fix this PC. I ordered the 3060ti pre built and since they day I got it I have had problems. Blue screens, Locking up due to hard disk being 100% in use for no specific reason. So in all honesty it would be cheaper to build your own if you have the knowledge. Im replacing the Motherboard, SSD, and putting in RAM that didn't come from a 1994 dell. I paid around 900$ when i bought this. Im putting about 400$ in components in it to repair the issues. The BIOS on this cheap motherboard they used arent updated causing majority of the problems. The SSD they used it just a POS Sata SSD. Save yourself some time and money. Build one use M.2 SSD's, Use a good motherboard, and some decent RAM. The GPU itself hasnt had any issues and the processor is "OK". Im sure ill be upgrading the processor soon. BUT if your lucky maybe you will buy this and have no issues. I cannot recommend it though.

Initial set up sucks, be ready for a headache, would not buy again
UPDATED 1/14/24 -- Overclocking errors several times a day, freezing when sitting idle several times a day. Why is it overclocking unless the hardware isn't as advertised? I've sent a message to the seller and currently awaiting a reply.Arrived well packaged and intact. VLC media player comes installed w/ no bloatware. I was expecting basically a plug and play setup but good lord it is not! While the speaker and headset are individually packaged and respective cords are included there, the dongles for WiFi and Bluetooth are hastily tossed in with no labeling. Don't throw anything away until it's all set up. It is also not stated anywhere on the listing that this is a refurbished machine. That's fine but MAKE IT KNOWN! I would not have purchased had I known it was refurbished. Be more clear in your listings! It is a beautiful tower and I will likely enjoy it BUT there are some simple things that need some TLC out of the box. Will update review after a couple weeks of use.

Expect some crap headset & speaker
I got my first gaming pc a few months ago. My experience was it runs great long as the pc had a cable internet cord the Bluetooth WiFi doesn’t work that well disconnect a lot for someone in a single wide trailer, the Bluetooth speaker doesn’t hold a charge hardly at all that was from day one, the headset is supposed to be able to have a mic but nope it won’t be recognized on the input settings for anything but works for sound. It is a little loud with all the fans but it seems to be staying cool. I wish I had shopped around a little more before purchasing such an expensive item.

Computer came out of the box with massive issues
First when I took it out of the box and plugged it in it would not start. It took me having to secure some pieces into the computer and unplug/re-plug the power cord more than a few times in order to finally get power to the system. The wifi card did not work whatsoever and I had to use an external wifi card. When everything got set up the HDMI kept going in and out and I had to fiddle with that over and over again. To top all that, the computer went to a blue screen of death four, yes, four times in the first hour that I had it running, if you can even call it running. I tried to factory reset it but quickly abandoned that endeavor when it crashed on me once again. If you are thinking about getting this then be extremely wary. I have had Dell's, Alienwares, Strix, and all of those are fantastic brands for gaming computers, but my recommendation would be to steer clear of this one.

Misleading
Bought this bcuz it had all the specs I needed for gaming and business and was soooo excited for it. Then I received it and realized the mobo is a mini. Which in theory is fine, I didn’t mind. But then the system kept crashing. I’d get BSOD 1-2 times a day regularly and the day I decided to return it, it had given me the blue screen 3 times and had frozen to the point that I had to manually shut it down with the power button 3 times as well. All within about 45 minutes. At one point I was in the middle of an intense game and my husband noticed all but my driver fan was not spinning. I reset the computer and that fixed it but I ended up returning it the next day. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
