Very good quality great for all types of games

Almost everything about this headset is great but just barely manages to not get there.Sound quality is mediocre. Sounds muddy/muffled, doesn't matter if you use it in USB or 3.5mm. No oomph to the bass, and treble sound tinny. Also, the max volume is too low in my opinion.Comfort is surprisingly great. Leather feels a bit cheap and the headset is *too* light in my opinion making it feel cheap, but actually putting them on my head they feel pretty great. Clamp feels just right, not too loose or too tight. They can extend quite a bit so big head dudes like me are good to go.Microphone is a mixed bag, the actual quality is very good, but it does tend to pick up sounds coming from the headset a tiny bit. I tested this with a friend on discord, and yeah it does sometimes pick up audio from your headset but it's very subtle, and can only be heard while you're talking and if it's loud. This is honestly more of a nitpick but hey it shouldn't happen at all, just saying.Build quality is pretty good actually, I know I wrote that it's too light and the leather feels cheap, but everything else feels pretty solid. Plastics are high quality plastics, and the metal used feels good.Design of the headset is definitely the reason you're getting this headset (or because of the price), it's a very clean and minimalistic looking headset which for some people is worth buying alone.Overall, I don't really recommend this headset purely because the sound quality is just not very good. The rest I can get by with, but the sound quality should be better than this, even at this price point.

I don’t know why I didn’t know this product before!Never too late.It’s a really useful product, and saves you lots of time between plugging and unplugging your headphones, and it doesn’t take space at all.Sound quality is really good, and the controllers feel premium. The design is simple.Thank you.

This is a review on the Switchmix, since Amazon mixes reviews. Front 3.5mm port got loose and stopped working. The little mixer would switch lights and the cam software would show the equalizer (which only shows up for headphones) showing that the headphones are connected but there was just no audio coming out of the front 3.5mm port. The plug on my headphones would also just slide out of the front 3.5mm port with zero effort. I bought what looked like an old version on another site called the MXER to see if it would work with the switchmix and it doesn't. Surprisingly the front 3.5mm was much better built on the MXER. Would have went to NZXT customer support but since it's the weekend for me and I had only a few days left in the return window on Amazon I decided to use Amazon's return service instead.

I was really excited to use this -- the headphone/speaker switching is exactly what I had been looking for, and the integrated DAC was a great plus! I ended up returning this after testing it only briefly due to two reasons:1. This was much taller than I expected, far taller than any other headphone stand I've used before. I'm not sure why they made it like that! It was impeding my view of my second monitor, and that wasn't OK with me.2. I already have a mixer, so I don't need all of the extra features like volume and balance control. That's on me, not a fault of the company... But I wish someone would make this exact same product -- the headphone/speaker switcher -- without all the fluff. Let me bring my own DAC/AMP, let me use my own mixer, I just want to be able to switch between them quickly!I'm sure this is a good product deserving of a higher rating, but for my needs, personally, it was too much -- both physically and functionally.

Honestly I don't even know what this thing is but it was in my grandsons birthday gift list so I got it for him. He was blown away that i got it for him and was so excited to start using it for whatever it does. All I know is he is as happy as a clam with it haha

The clamps make this really uncomfortable to wear, the microphone didn't work, and the leather isn't soft it's some cheap synthetic material. Just buy a proper microphone and real headphones.

The device works flawlessly the only issues I have had was that I would have to unplug it and replug it in on occasion as it didn't power when the system did but unplugging the USB and back in solves the issue. not sure that the issue is that caused the USB not to send power but it works great

vengo de usar unos audífonos razer blacksharck v2 y me han sorprendido para bien los nzxt, en mi caso para tener un buen sonido tuve que activar el bass boost en las opciones de audio de nzxt cam para tener un mejor sonido, el sonido se escucha demasiado detallado a mi parecer solo le faltaban bajos pero con el bass boost se arregla este problema, en cuanto a gaming gracias a DTS headphone X puedes reconocer donde esta tu enemigo con facilidad, algo que con mis otros audifonos no podía tener claramente, por lo que los NZXT son un gran producto, tuve un problema para identificar el porque el micrófono no funcionaba, resulta que el problema era que estaba muteado pero yo pensaba que no, al final fue un error mio y no del producto, me encanta la experiencia de uso y sus materiales se sienten rígidos, además de que las esponjas que trae son demasiado suaves y comodas.estoy seguro que deben haber audífonos con mejor calidad sonora pero para alguien común que juega videojuegos esta bastante bien!

Hab die Kopfhörer nun ca 3 Monate im Einsatz. Anfangs musste man sich an das Klangbild gewöhnen, da ich zuvor nur Razer Headsets hatte. Sehr gut finde ich das man Schritte sehr gut hören kann. Jedoch sind die Kopfhörer nicht basslastig. Mittlerweile hab ich mich dran gewöhnt und mag den Klang. Was ich nur schade finde, nehm ich Kopfhörer von der Halterung rutschen die Seiten erstmal runter. Hat man diese auf dem Kopf rutscht aber nix mehr. Die Lederpolster sehen nicht mehr so schön aus, wie am Anfang. Also leichte Rille, leicht verformt aber nix abgeblättert oder gerissen. Alles in allem bin ich aber sehr zufrieden und würde diverse wieder kaufen
