This product will not heat up enough, especially on the ceramic plate in order to create a crust. Heats up to 400-450 Fahrenheit and never rises even at full flow. Maybe Good for New York type pizzas but enough for a fluffy, crispy edges and bottom Neapolitan pizza. Cooks well on top of pizza but that’s about it and just enough to even have a puffy edge.

This burner is a good fit for the Ooni oven, but the gas output is 50% of the OEM burner and cannot achieve the intended temperatures for the oven. I can find no resources to adjust the gas flow. Complete waste of money.Edit: I’ve added two stars here due to the willingness of the seller to make the situation right with a refund for the faulty product. They definitely made up for the lacking quality with a positive service experience.

There is an issue with most of the reviews on this item. They are obviously for some other item and then the seller changed the description to this item. I see why now. This product is sub par at best. The first issue is that the burner is way too close to the stone and scorches the pizzas. But the even larger issue is that it just doesn't get hot enough. After 45 minutes of heating the best I was able to get the oven to was 775 degrees. Not a bad temp...but at the cost of 45 minutes of propane? What a waste. I just bought the legit Ooni burner to replace it and it got my oven to 780 degrees after 20 minutes. Steer clear of this one...and probably the rest of the "knock off" Ooni burners

…and you failed at it. This burner is supposed to bring the oven up to 950 degrees Fahrenheit in 20 minutes. It topped out at 760 after 40 minutes. I tried it with two different propane tanks, but that made no difference.

I'm changing my review. The igniter stop working in less than 3 months and about 20 pizzas. Don't waste your money
