I have POTS, which means I have to have an insane amount of salt + electrolytes every day just to function. I have tried every powdered hydration packet under the sun, and Waterboy is my favorite by far. The flavor is great, and it has a higher salt content than anything else I have found. The added other vitamins and minerals are also greatly beneficial and actually help improve hydration. I appreciate the variety that comes in this package, and the flavors are unique for the market. Very glad I tried these! Even though they are a little on the pricy side, I think the benefits are worth it overall.

Works great to get your electrolytes. It is very salty tasting and you have two choices of how much water you add. I think 16oz or 32oz, I believe.

In the past I have ordered Liquid IV and used that for my summer trips, vacation. I always try to bring something with electrolytes for hang overs and being in the sun for long hours. I have always liked liquid IV but to be honest is isn't the best option as far as ingredients go, as it has more sugar. Waterboy grabbed my attention because it had ZERO SUGAR, and 3x the electrolytes, as well as vitamins/supplements for anxiety. And I'll be honest, I ALWAYS get HANGXIETY after drinking! In the video you will see my real time reaction to my first sip of waterboy. I thought it was good! I was a bit hesitant to take that first sip because the reviews said it was super salty, but in comparison to other drinks like it I found it to be the same. The flavor itself was good but I didn't give it 5 stars because I do think it could be a bit more flavorful. The strawberry lemonade was good but it could have had more of the flavoring in it, I think that would distract people from the salty side. overall the product kept me hydrated but definitely follow instructions!

This water flavor dissolves easily and has a great taste. I believe it's meant to help people after hang overs, but I find it helps me just on a daily basis.

Taste is rough

Out of Many different types of drinks. To keep you from cramping out on the market. To me, this is the best stuff, I have ever Tried. It works fast and with no sugar. Also with the Vitamins that comes in it. Helps put a pep in your step when you really are in need of it. After sweating working, drinking or playing hard. I will for sure be buying more to keep on hand. 👍👍
