Let me start off this review by saying this is my 2nd kiddo and I have never owned a device like this with my 1st. This camera/monitor however has been a game changer! I would recommend it to any 1st time or 8th time mom. It has really given me peace of mind with my 2nd kiddo. There are so many things changing in the baby world. We are constantly being told to do this and not that anymore. Things that were once deemed safe are no longer "safe" to do. This time around with my 2nd kiddo I became less confident in not only myself but baby products. With a 6yr gap between my 1st and 2nd kiddo I was starting over again.However, this is the 2nd time I have purchased this unit. 3rd time purchasing a Do Honest camera/monitor. I now have 1 in each of my vehicles, the first one was purchased over a year ago. Which is the previous model. The 1st time I purchased this model was 10 months ago and this model is definitely an upgrade. Not only does it show in quality but also in value. We installed the previous version in our Chevy Duramax, 7in version in a Ford Maverik, and 7in version in a Subaru Forester.From the first model, this one is definitely an upgrade! This one comes with a much bigger viewing screen, clearer picture, and great night time visibility. This camera is very easy to install and does not require anything more than power from your vehicle. I love how long the cable is. I was able to run it under the trim of my vehicles making the cable invisible, secure, and child safe. All of our vehicles have cable left over that could easily reach a 3rd row vehicle. It is thin enough to tuck away under the trim and or tie off and tuck away to make it completely safe.This camera can easily be turned off when it is not needed with the push of a button if you are using the charging port or unplugged if you are using the USB port plug. Well worth the money, I recommend getting the upgrade from the previous version due to the screen size alone. I am easily able to keep an eye on both my 10 month old and 6yr old in the backseat when needed.I did stick the adhesive mount to my dash on all of my vehicles vs on the window like others have done. I have no complaints about it staying in place and my son is 10 months old. It hasn't budged. I am able to easily remove the viewing screen when visiting "not the greatest neighborhoods" which is another plus for me. No broken windows for a baby monitor screen. I can honestly say this is still my favorite "registry/baby purchase" 10 months later.

I bought this baby car camera to keep an eye on my little one while driving, and it’s been a total game changer. So much better than using a regular mirror — I can clearly see my baby without turning my head, which makes driving so much safer and less stressful.The picture quality is great, even during nighttime or low light. It was super easy to install — just plug in and go. The camera angle is adjustable, and the screen is big enough to see clearly without being distracting.I wish I had gotten this sooner! If you’re a parent driving alone with your baby often, this is 100% worth it. Safe, simple, and gives so much peace of mind. Highly recommend!

It was pretty easy to set up after watching the setup video and works well. The cord is long enough to run under the floor mats and between the seats so it's out of the way. It comes with the option to use a USB-A or 12V for power. We used the 12V, which has a button on the end that allows you to turn it on and off without unplugging it, which is convenient for when the baby isn't in the car with you. It's nice that it automatically switches between normal color display and night vision. Good quality for the price. I like that you can use it once the child is forward facing by moving the camera to the back of the driver/front passenger headrest. Definitely better than the mirror we were using!

I went the first three months as a new mom without a camera, always looking in the rearview mirror or having to turn around for a quick glance to see what my baby was up to. I can’t believe I went so long without a camera and I would never do it again. The brightness is adjustable and I haven’t had any issues with it. The assembly was very simple.

This camera and monitor system is so awesome. It allows me to watch my baby without a mirror that could potentially burn my baby or car seat. It also allows my passenger to keep an eye on the little one as well and tend to if a binky gets dropped or needs some comfort. The camera is very small and the monitor fits great in my cubby hole of my center console. Pretty much plug and play, just some time routing the cable so it is out of sight as much as possible.

Camera was super easy to install and monitor is very clear. Cords to route is the only hang up on this but better than charging another unit all the time. The button switch for power makes it super easy to disconnect when we leave the car! Ease of use:Simple to operatePicture quality:Very clear

Great camera, big clear screen w/ night vision. I bought a $200 Tiny Traveler camera for my truck and my wife bought this one. I actually wish I would have gotten this one instead.
