I ordered this for my 2 year old son because after searching I could not find the original hasbro glow worm that I had in the 80's. Though very much smaller my son loves it and asks for me to light it up for him at night.

It’s very cute but it’s hard to squeeze off and on. My kids can’t do it by themselves. I have to do it.

Very disappointed that the bumble bug is missing….

This Glo Friends Bumblebug is not as great as I'd hope. The bug isn't that easy to light up for tiny hands, you have to give it a very hard squeeze. I got this for my grandbaby, who is 14 months, and he won't be able to get the bug to light for sure. What I do like about it, one squeeze and Bumblebug lights up bright, two squeezes and the light dims, perfect for night time. The third squeeze turns the light off. The book pages are a little thicker than a normal story book, but not baby friendly. The book basically tells the story of working together as a team to get harder jobs done. The book also features Snug Bug, of the same line.

This is adorable and my kid (2yo) likes it a lot. The book is cute though right now she doesn't pay much attention to it. She just wants to walk around with her Bumblebug. The problem is it's hard even for me to squeeze and light up -- there is no way she can do it -- so every time it turns off a few mins later I have to be the one lighting it up again.
