A very good supplement. It helps the body have the NAD it needs. NAD works at the cellular level to aid the body in cell regulation and repair. This product also provides a high amount of trans-resveratrol . A study was done to see what caused the French Paradox, the term used to explain why the French lived long and healthy lives . The researchers came to a conclusion that it was the wine which they consumed daily. Wine is one of the few sources of resveratrol , an antioxidant and ingredient that works for anti-aging. It has many benefits from helping your skin stay younger, to activating a protein called seratuin that aids the body in cresting the anti-aging benefits. It is highly recommended and working synergistically with the NAD provides amazing support and benefits for the body. Five stars easily.

Energy level:So much more energy! I felt like I was suddenly feeling my age of 41. These have helped so much! Took about 2 weeks to kick in, and now I never miss a day- they are great!!When I miss a day, I notice. I am really sensitive to side effects with supplements and medications. I tried these and no side effects! I feel clearer-minded, have better energy in the day, and sleep better too. Not sure if it's all this NAD+, but I will take it. For the price, it is so worth it!

I feel very good about this product. It has no stearates, which cause supplements to gunk up and not be absorbed. The capsules are made of vegetable cellulose, not gelatin, in case you're vegan. They're not hard to swallow. I'd call them medium sized.In addition to just the right amount of Nicotinamide riboside, which is what converts to NAD+, you get the adaptogenic herb rhodiola, a couple of cleansing herbs, and a couple of antioxidants. It has black pepper to help with absorption. I think this is great quality and at a great price, as you only take one a day.I haven't taken it long enough to know if I feel better, but I haven't had any bad effects. I'm hoping that with it being a form of niacin, it will help protect my skin from aging. So far this feels really good. I am really interested in helping my body repair without my body having to struggle to do so on its own with its own chemicals.I take this at night, because ironically enough it kinda makes me (a healthy) sleepy and I want to sleep and heal when i take it. It kind of feels like the soothing feeling you get right before you go to bed. It works, feels very good. The pills are easy to swallow and there is comfort in knowing that it will repair DNA.I don’t feel younger yet, but I feel parts of me that I haven’t felt in a long time sort of “vibrating to the surface” from when i was young. Your body heals when it goes to sleep, and that is sort of what it feels like.Maybe it will bring a youthful rejuvenated mind back to me for an affordable price.

They are easy to swallow and are affordable. When it comes to health benefits, It is somewhat effective but it doesn't seem to work as well as I hoped. It definitely makes me feel very tired instead of energized. I was really hoping from my energy. I think it might be the combination of the compounds being used.
