When purchasing a product besides having a good product, its important to have a great customer service.. The customer service is beyond amazing! I had some trouble with getting both monitors up and running because I had only one USB C port. The other one was only for power. The team provided a free adapter, walked me with screenshots and what I needed to change and they are super responsive and very humble in their response. From the monitor itself, it was my first time using dual monitors, however the learning curve was super easy and simple. It's been only a month since I received it and so far it's exactly what I needed and more.

Product is just as expected and is working great. It comes with various cables hoping they’re the correct ones needed. I had an issue as for my setup I needed a second HDMI cable. I bought a cable locally and although it is the correct cable, it wouldn’t work. I contacted the company via email. They got back to me the same day, agreed about which cable I needed, and shipped not one but two cables out to me free of charge. great customer service. They explained they have proprietary cables and any others won’t work.

Product works great. Just what I was looking for. Easy to setup and use. Love the carrying case, and wiring for different setups and ports. Only issue is the stand on the back could be more sturdy considering the weight of the extra monitors on the back of the laptop. Otherwise, though, everything about the product is great.

You can spend up to $1K for a dual monitor setup like this, but why? Had this for a few weeks now, and it performs well. I would like the screens to be a little brighter, but that's only a personal preference. They are bright enough and are as bright as they advertise.The pictures are sharp, and the build seems sturdy. The monitor frames are aluminum and the hinges appear strong. I have had no problems with putting it together and taking it apart.This is a solid product.

The setup process took some time, primarily because we discovered that the older laptop required an HDMI cable instead of USB-C. Once we made that adjustment, the monitor add-on performed well. The travel case is also a useful accessory for travel; which helps protect the monitors and it provides valuable protection.The monitors do add extra weight for traveling with them but overall, it has been a worthwhile addition!

I think it can be a pain sometimes when the thing that's supposed to hold it up doesn't always. It's easy to use and get connected to you PC. Functional setup is pretty quick when you follow the instructions. The size of the screens are good for what I need it for and I'd say that the brightness is perfect as well.
