ich war erst sehr skeptisch, aber als ihn das erste mal benutzt hab, war ich mega begeistert,er hat ein echt gutes gewicht, kann man gut mit arbeitendie beiden verschiedenen seiten sind sehr leicht zu reinigen und verrichten ihre arbeit mehr als gut.ich hätte ihn mal schon viel früher kaufen sollen.jederzeit wieder, absolut zu empfehlen

This is finally something that I can use in my kitchen! I do occasionally steaks and other forms of meat that require tenderising. For years I have been using a traditional tool made with wood and finished with some crude metal. It worked, but I was not satisfied with the level of hygiene as I could not stick the thing into my dishwasher.So I started searching for a dishwasher safe tenderiser. I found a number of items here on amazon, but the users were disappointed with their not being really dishwasher safe.I tried Marks and Spencer and yes, surely, they had a stainless steel tenderiser for £9.50 (plus £3.50 delivery), looking modern and nice, but on arrival, first of all it was tiny and light, good for smashing Lego towers but nothing else, and secondly, the label stated 'hand wash only'. To give them due, they refunded the order no question asked.And then I found this one. Yes, it is the most expensive - but worth it. It's not only beautiful, but properly heavy and well balanced. And it is dishwasher safe (just got it out of the dishwasher).So if you mean the job, get it. You cannot find anything better.
