This web shooter really adds to the cosplay element of my spider man costume. It is pretty nice to have and fits perfectly on my wrist. The first thing I will say is that this thing is spring loaded but it is not loaded when you receive it. You have to actually press the other end into the actual mechanism and hear a click then it is loaded. You can attach the suction to the other end as well if you want it to stick to a wall or object. It is not pinpoint accurate but it actually has some range to it. The next thing is that this is a velcro strap in order to attach to your wrist. It is actually pretty strong so you do not have to worry about it coming off. It is also not very uncomfortable but you will have a harder time moving your wrist around with this thing on. The trigger is not overly sensitive and requires some pressure before it can be triggered. It shoots at a very fast range so be careful not to have this pointed at anyone's eye or anything. The string is pretty strong so you do not have to worry about it snapping. What I really enjoy about it is that you can retract it. You just press a button and it will retract all the way back to the wrist. One thing I will say is that it does not reload it for you and be careful as the string can be tangled in the spring. Do not continue to press the retract button because it will just make it tighter. Overall I love this device. I wish it came with two but one will be okay. It shoots pretty far and is relatively accurate to the show. It uses a type c cable to charge and nothing special about the type c cable. It does not use a ton battery power power so do not expect it to need it to be recharged any time soon.

This toy is built so well! Customer service is so great and helpful if you need anything. They also are available for troubleshooting! My son got this for his 9th birthday, and it was by far his favorite present. It's so sweet. Definitely worth the buy! Also got everyone saying it won't charge, I read troubleshoot and I took the battery cover off, turns out, it was fully charged but the strong coiled up and was stuck a little. Easily untangled, started shooting again! Great product and customer service. Still my kids favorite a month later and my younger kid now wants one to.

Great product but magnets are a bit weak

I bought this for my son who’s 10, he absolutely loves it! It shoot far, the magnetic is strong enough to stick on our fridge or he shoot metal poles outside etc.But my review is more for this company’s customer service. Ours broke in sorta a random spot. I emailed the company (not through Amazon) the had great fast communication with me and replace it. However there was a shipping error on my side, I re-emailed the company and with zero hesitation the sent out a replacement one with the correct address.I would have happily paid for the shipping since the address error was my fault for not catching it but the reply/ Re shipped the webshooter before I could even offer.My ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review goes to the customer service department.

Bought the original version for my son's birthday. A week later, v2 comes out. Tried out the original and would tangle often. The only way to fix it was to take it apart. Not easy for kids to do. V2 looked like a better design and has a cover that can pop off. Ordered the new version and it is such an upgrade. Hardly tangles and when it does, my kids can fix it themselves. Has a strong spring but you do have to hold the release until the string goes all the way out or it will stop it. The magnets are strong but the suction cup can get stuck and come off. Old version had one piece strap and was hard to get off. New one strap separates. Easy to put on and remove. Overall, this is a great toy and worth the money.
