Great item does the job it says, relieves pain and help me sleep definitely worth buying great value for money

I turned to this because I was having big big problems with my sleep, which impacted my general wellbeing. Bad muscle cramps during the night that would take forever to go away, stress-related sleep interruptions, falling asleep with great difficulty. I had always slept very well, so needless to say I was not happy bunny. This product had great reviews and a more than reasonable price, so I gave it a try. Glad to say that I'm now back to sleeping like a log, which is a huge relief, as I was turning into a grumpy git. Obviously we're not all the same but for me it worked miracles. Try it! If it doesn't work for you, you won't have spent much at all for the experiment 😉

This is a wonderful supplement at a great price. I have not been using this product for very long but have noticed a difference in the time it takes me to fall asleep already. For longer term sleep I cannot, unfortunately, test this product properly as I am currently waking early in the morning and am unable to get back to sleep. This is stress related and does not have anything to do with the product. I have noticed the difference at the beginning of sleep as I was also suffering there - 2/3 hours to get into a fitful sleep. This is a great improvement and once I have dealt with the stress/anxiety I expect things to improve even more.

I’ve tried a few magnesium supplements and this one is by far the best. Within a week of taking it, I started falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. My restless legs at night have calmed down a lot. The capsules are easy to swallow and cause no stomach upset, which I’ve had with other forms. I also like that it’s made in the UK and not filled with unnecessary ingredients. I feel calmer during the day too. It’s pricier than high street brands, but the difference is noticeable, so I’ll stick with it. If you’re considering magnesium for sleep, I’d definitely say try this one.

I find this Magnesium the best for me,I take 1 an hour before my bedtime and it makes me drowsy,I sleep so well,so for me they work in aiding sleep. They have other health ingredients that aid wellbeing as well.

I’ve noticed a real improvement in my sleep and stress levels since taking this. It helps me wind down in the evenings and I feel more rested. I also think it supports my muscle recovery between gym sessions — I’m less sore and have more energy day to day. Excellent quality, especially for the price.

The capsules are too big for me I thought i choked on it, scared me a bit. Would be better if it is a bit smaller.
