I usually use L-argine which works instantly compared to L-citrulline, but L-argine doesn't last as long. With L-citrulline it slowly converts to L-argine so you won't notice the effects, but they will be working. I usually get sore after a working out, but I never got sore when taking these pills. I wouldn't suggest taking them before bed as I noticed they would make it hard for me to go to sleep and I would began to get headaches possibly from too much blood flow due to better circulation I'm not sure though. I didn't see extreme circulation benefits, but they're still there. Also it took a few days to notice the effects. As I said earlier L-citrulline works slowly, but constantly. With L-argine you will get an instant increase in circulation that is more noticable, but it doesn't last long which can be great for sexual purposes as well or before a workout. So if you're looking for a quick nitric oxide boost I'd use L-argine and use L-citrulline if you want a consistent nitric oxide boost that isn't as extreme, but effective in muscle recovery. Another thing I noticed is L-argine effects work best when you don't use it consistently. At least for me it felt like my body built a tolerance from taking it everyday and eventually I didn't notice the effects. I even began to take large doses which also probably didn't help the situation since my body might have tried to get rid of it instead of use it. Just my take, best to do more research on your own to see what works best for you. I recommend experimenting with different brands as I have had mixed results. Also I found that tablet for works better than capsules, just my experience.I've found a direct correlation between the amount of pills needed to take to the quality and effectiveness of a product. The more pills required to take means the product is likely garbage or not as effective as it could be. Lots of companies take this approach to make more money. My limit is to find products with serving sizes of 1-2 pills. Anything more and they're likely trying to make money from having to take more capsules or pills when they can actually have a serving size of 1-2 pills instead of 4. This product did work for me, but the serving size is ridiculous.

This product did work, but might have caused diarrhea. I edited this review, because I realized the last supplement I took also had magnesium stearate, and I had no reaction to that one.

I take L-Citrulline for heart health and blood flow and these capsules definitely make me feel alot more active and alive. Low amounts of L-citrulline are found in watermelons but to truly get a good effect from it supplements like these can work miracles.

Genuinely, I have no idea if this is helping in any way. I purchased as I saw something that helps with circulation. I feel good. I had no problems with my shipment.
