Good value. Saved my skin a couple of times. Easy to use and the repairs lasted. My advice would be to practice repairs on an old tyre and buy yourself another tube of rubber solution as the tube supplied is quite small.

This is one of those bits of kit you buy for your car - in the fervent hope that it will never be needed... That said, it's a well-presented puncture repair kit for almost any tyre - large aircraft and tractor tyres excepted. Everything is packed into a sturdy zipped case, with six (sparklets-type) CO2 cylinders and tyre valve adaptor to take care of the inflation - after plugging the puncture. The first failing is that there is no Neoprene Sleeve, to slide over the CO2 cylinder being used - the first 2 or 3 that are used to re-inflate your tyre will get VERY cold and should NOT be touched until the frost dissipates..! Note: You'll need at least 3 cylinders to inflate a motorcycle tyre and 4 or 5 for a car. The inflation valve is a standard Chinee-made item, with adaptors for Schraeder and Presta valves - so can be used on pedal bikes too. The two tools supplied - for cleaning/reaming the hole, then inserting the plug - are Tee-handled for more grip and should do their jobs. One thing not mentioned in the ("Chinglish") instructions is that when inserting a repair plug, it is best to twist the tool 180 degrees before final removal. This seats the sealing plug/strip better in the hole and makes the repair last longer. Then again, safety-conscious motorists who have to use this kit to repair the puncture - in the main tread area only (sidewall damage CANNOT be safely repaired) - then drive directly to a Tyre Repair Specialist for a professional repair - or replacement... Won't they..? The second failing in this kit - and why one review star is deducted - is the truly awful attempt at a "multi-tool" supplied with it. This is so badly made (Chinese economies, again) as to be a joke and has been consigned straight to the trash bin. On the plus side, you do get a tube of glue and a tyre valve extender, if your wheels are too wide to attach the inflation valve. The manky multi-tool has been replaced with an old Gerber that has decent pliers, a sharp blade and file. I can sacrifice this tool permanently to the puncture repair kit - where it will live until needed and be transferred from car to car, as vehicles are replaced. A good "Get-You-Home" package for any driver.
