Reliable and Convenient
As someone who relies on an open fire for warmth and ambiance during the colder months, I recently tried the Homefire High Energy Ultra Dry Heat Logs, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This eco-friendly wood fuel offers a convenient and efficient heating solution that exceeded my expectations. The pack of 24 heat logs provided ample fuel for several fires, making them a cost-effective option for heating my home. What struck me most was the consistency and reliability of these logs. Each one burned evenly and produced a generous amount of heat, creating a cosy atmosphere in my living room.Furthermore, I appreciated the eco-friendly nature of these heat logs, as they are made from recycled wood waste and produce minimal smoke and ash. This not only benefits the environment but also makes for easier cleanup after each fire.Overall, the Homefire High Energy Ultra Dry Heat Logs are a fantastic choice for anyone in need of reliable and eco-friendly wood fuel for their open fire. With their consistent performance and minimal environmental impact, they have become a staple in my winter heating arsenal.

Good but very expensive
They burn hotter than normal wood, but they burn quick - you could easily go through an entire stack in one day.Expensive. Nowhere near as cheap as putting gas boiler on, and the gas boiler heats the whole houseWood burner is a nice to have and really does heat a room (whole downstairs actually) but not economical as wood prices are insane. I only use it now when it's really cold, very nice to have on during winter for that cosy feel.

Better than regular firewood
Properly impressed with these briquettes. They’re cheaper, burn for longer and produce more heat than any firewood I’ve purchased in the past. I rarely leave reviews, but thought this product deserved one!

Great heat logs
The media could not be loaded. Bought these for our open fire at Christmas was really surprised how well they burn. Only needed them for a couple of days probably too expensive to use all the time. But good heat and flames light easily with kindling. Enjoyed the Xmas fire

Honest Review - Experienced Burner!
Ok, so first off they arrived on time and in top condition in a good tight plastic wrap bound with flat plastic strapping. Now on to burn time and heat. This is regulated by the amount of air you have moving through your burner. We only have a bottom vent in our old Non-DEFRA friendly burner so we can close our vent completely to keep a very slow burn (though we never do as it's not good for your flu liner / environment). So I used a minimal vent because I just wanted to keep the fire in but not kicking out a lot of heat. The log lasted for just over an hour and produced enough eat to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. Later on when I was back at home, I added another and opened up the vent a bit more and this time I got more heat and less burn time. I suspect their average burn time of 45 minutes is pretty much in line the advertised burn time. Overall very happy with them. I'll be buying more.

Very Efficient!
Heat logs are a very good way of keeping your fire going, but recently have become very hard to get. Piles of them appear when you aren’t using the fire and promptly disappear when you need them. Buying from this company has been the perfect solution. The logs work well, are reasonably priced, come in packs of 12 (usually take the option to buy two packs at a time) and are very well packed. Add to all that they are deliver to your door very speedily. Perfect!
