Ladies this is a must have addition to your supplement routine! I have been taking DIM for about 4-5 years. With this supplement, in addition to a much needed switch to clean eating, I was finally able to lose stubborn weight on my hips and thighs that I felt self conscious about for years. I feel good too. I don’t have major lows and highs. Instead, I’m more balanced now. Also, my skin looks better than it did when I was 4-5 years younger! I had acne on my chin that just wouldn’t go away, until I started using this supplement. Now, I rarely have a break out and it’s just a blemish here or there. After a month or so, I noticed a difference in my complexion, but I definitely felt a difference physiologically the first time I took it. Just trust the process. It’s not an immediate result. Give it at least 90 days in addition to (mostly) clean eating and good mental health habits and you will not be disappointed!I hope this helps :)

This is a super quality product. It did what it was supposed to do. The only problem is I suspect that 200mg tablets are too much for me. I took it every day for a little more than a week, and during that time, I felt better than I have in years. I had tons of energy, hormonal edema went away, and I as really enjoying life. But then I started getting side affects: headache, stiff neck, body aches all over. I felt a bit like I got hit by a truck and it took me out of action for a couple of days. So, I stopped taking it. I tried it again about a week later and the aches returned the next day. It's getting replaced with 100mg dose which I hope I can tolerate better.

I have been using this consistently for about 5 months now, and it has completely transformed my skin. Using this in combination with adapalene gel has saved my skin. It’s also affected my periods, making them shorter which I appreciate. I no longer get hormonal cysts along my jawline, which I used to get every month before my period. My mood is also better when I take DIM. My emotions feel more stable and I’m able to relax easily. I don’t think I’ll ever stop taking DIM!!
