These hair pins are awesome!!! My hair is very fine and very thin so it’s hard to find products that actually work for me. These do!! I absolutely LIVE them!!! Shipping was amazing too! I received them a day early.

I had high hopes for these. But, they didnt work out. My hair comes past the middle of my back. Its long and layered. I tried a low bun at the nape my neck and messy bun on top of my head. It will not hold up my hair, too short at 3.5 and flimsy.Its states it works with "long" hair.

I ordered these when my hair was just longer than the middle of my back, then a "trim" at the salon took off 8-12" of my hair in some sort of tear-inducing "misunderstanding" (I'm a baby about my hair!). I was left with just-above-collarbone length hair when these arrived. Still long enough for most up-dos, but I do have fine, slightly thin hair, and with the length and the bleach highlighted texture that came with it gone, I found that these slipped out of my hair. Granted, an unwanted cut of more than half my length is never welcomed, but it DOES remove a lot of the damage, so it was softer and in better condition, so it had no texture to it to hold anything without grip on it.The size, however, was perfect for low bun-type updos, even with shorter hair. They aren't so long that they stick out the other side, and they're tight enough to stay where you want them to if you use some texture product. They held my low bun all evening, which is impressive in my experience.If you have anything beyond medium length and/or thick hair, however, I would highly recommend ordering two sets of these (as there are only two per pack) for complete up-do hold long term. And texturizing spray/pre-emptive hairspray.I have medium red/brown hair, and these blended in perfectly!

These are small, and made of a slick flexible plastic that doesn't work well with thick, curly hair.

Received it really fast, 2 come in a little punch with is really convenient. I have mid back thick wavy hair and one holds my hair pretty securely without hurting my head. Seemed a little pricy for only 2 but I do really like them and would probably buy them again.

I was really excited to get these in the mail, the color looked gorgeous and I’ve been love the look of a French twist. I was so surprised how small they were, the photos of the products made them seem they were larger than they actually are. These do not hold your hair up if you have very thick and dense hair. I tried my best to make it work but they continued to fall out. Only way I could see this working is maybe if you had two sets or you have thin hair.

I’ve been looking everywhere for these hair pins. I have very curly hair that I wear in a bun at work. No struggling with regular hair pins that usually pop out of my hair as soon as it’s just right. These slide through my curls easily and stay in place all day.
