Yes it does it is very good for your hair depending on hair type

Does the Moroccan oil shampoo help flaky scalp

Its a brilliant product, very natural so would imagine it would help flaky scalp it's absolutely worth trying.

Is this suitable for keratin treated hair?

Its a lovely all rounder really nice shampoo to use on all hair types even coloured and treated. However I do recommend an Morrocan Oil conditioner to use alongside it.
