Good quality, works just fine
Makes you wonder why Bergeon charges 10 times the cost for something very similar...

It’ll do
This is by far an entry level tool. You are getting what you pay for, but it will get the job done. If you are just starting out and don’t want to sink the added expense of a name brand with better build quality then these movement holders will do just fine. Take the extra time to confirm the movement is well placed and secure and all will be fine.

Pretty straight forward and works
Works just fine and cost effective. What’s not to love

Not real secure.
The holder is fairly well made. The problem is it's difficult to set a movement in the holder, at least an nh35. Once the movement is in its not held securely.

Does not hold movements, slip and flip with slightest of pressure.
Poor quality movement holder. Do yourself a favor and buy the Bergeon 4040. I was new to watch repair and purchased this movement holder because it had higher reviews and was cheap. I had to purchase the Bergeon 4040 in order to work on larger pocket watch movements, and what a difference in actually holding movements. This one the movements would slip out when applying force when screwing down parts and often leads to missing springs. The Bergeon is double sided for smaller movements and I havent had one slip from its grip since buying the more expensive one. Some tools you can buy cheap, but a movement holder is not one of them.

Nice
Extremely nice for the price. The well-known brand is about $40 for one, here you get two for a little over $10 and they seem to be very good quality. Love this purchase!

Good starter tools
I got these to start a new hobby and am very happy with them. I used the larger one with an ETA 2824-2 and it worked very well for me.The overall quality is what I would expect from a lower end tool.Very pleased and recommended to other aspiring watchsmith.
