Great product my car key fob battery died put this battery in and it now works like new, I also removed the sticker on the back of the battery before putting it in.

Bought these to replace batteries in the keys for a UK spec 2010 RAV4. Put them in but the fobs didn't work. After 30 mins of trying dozens of different key-fob-reset techniques I found on google, I decided to open the fobs again to re-seat the batteries in the desperate hope that that would make a difference. Upon removing the batteries I noticed a small round sticker on the negative side, as per my photo. I thought maybe it shouldn't be there and peeled it of. I re-inserted the batteries and the fobs worked, clearly the sticker stopping contact between the battery and the connector in the fob. There is nothing obvious on the Duracall packaging that suggests this needs to be removed or that it even exists! perhaps it's some sort of safety feature or perhaps it increases the life of the battery whilst in the packaging (?) I didn't even notice the sticker before I put the batteries in the first time.
