Not upto the mark
One of the worst AC, after purchase i am in deep regret... Other brand AC like diken, LG,blue star are much better then this one.such a waste of money...Not even a single starI purchased it from Vijay Sales

Terrible product and even more terrible after sales
I bought a 1.5 tn Vise ac from Vijay sales outlet in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The retail price was INR 31,000 which was very alluring. However, after 3 months of use, I realized it was a mistake and I should have stuck to name brands.While the retail price is low, I was gouged during installation. Vise doesn't have its own installation team; they work with third party agencies. The agency installer charged me 5k for installation. The product comes with a few feet of copper tubing, which is insufficient for the shortest distance between outdoor and indoor AC. It doesn't come with a drain line, insulation, and monsoon tape. You have to put out of pocket for these consumables.Next, the installer did a poor job of installing the ac. He didn't maintain a gradient for the drain line and also left the connection between the drain pipe and the drain tray loose. Within a few weeks, the indoor unit started leaking.I raised a service ticket with Vijay Sales. Turns out, they don't have a service team of their own; they contract with Onsitego for after sales. The guys from Onsitego were professional; they diagnosed the problem and fixed it.However, within 2 weeks of this, the leak re-appeared. I have raised a service ticket with Vijay Sales once again and have been given a response time of 48 hours. I'm fed up with this product and I realized I made a mistake.In terms of performance, the cooling is acceptable, but the blower fan is noisy. The outdoor unit is also super noisy, do don't install it near the window. It's a 3 star product, but I don't see substantial cost savings.Overall, I won't recommend it. It's best to stick to industry leaders like Mitsubishi electric, Daikin, O'General, Hitachi, and Panasonic.
