Ergonomic & Comfortable!
It was time for a new desk chair as the one from a furniture warehouse broke after just a year, and the kitchen chair wasn’t doing me any favors. I was debating between this chair or a Secret Lab chair (as recommended by plenty of my gamer friends) and I am so glad I went with this one! First, assembly was super easy and the directions were great. This chair is SO comfy and customizable with all the adjustable ergonomic features. The only qualm I have is that I need to retighten some parts (more of a user error in not tightening enough rather than the product) but it comes with a silver cover to hide where the bolts are on the back of the chair. I’m too scared it’ll snap if I try to remove it to tighten the bolts. Otherwise, I love it!

Quality for the price.
I upgraded to this chair from one of those awful "gaming" chairs and this has drastically improved my quality of living in a single sitting. I have a lot of back pain and it feels almost like a relieve to sit down on this chair; I'm sure there's plenty of better chairs out there, but in this price range, I don't think it's getting much better. Only issues I ran into was mine didn't come with the instruction manual (I believe it normally does), but assembly was simple enough and it provides all the tools you need. The other issue is that my first order was lost in transit, but these things happen and amazon re-ordered one for me quickly with no charge. Overall, I highly recommend this chair for those looking for decent quality as well as a reasonable price range.

Seats too high for me
I loved how customizable is the chair, but never imagined that it wouldn't be as much on the most basic feature. I am 5 feet tall and the chair does not go all the way down. It's too high, and that makes it very uncomfortable for me. Such a basic issue, I've never had this with any office chair either cheap or expensive. Anyway for someone taller seems to be a great chair.

My back needed this chair
If only I knew about this chair years ago. I've wasted a lot of money on office chairs with so called lumbar support but they all pale in comparison to this one. Of course, I can't speak for anything over $300, but this chair beats anything $300 and under. I have a herniated disk which causes so much pain and discomfort on a daily basis. My job requires me to sit for extended periods of time so naturally without proper lumbar support and good posture I'll be in agony. I bought this chair; there goes the pain and bad posture while sitting. Additionally, the seat is soooo comfy. I was pleasantly surprised that it's even more comfortable than it's memory foam competitors. All in all, this chair is awesome. It's comfy on the bum and perfect for my back. Ps: It reclines 130 degrees while maintaining the lumbar support, has tention control on the recline, recline lock, swivel head rest, hight adjustment on the chair and headrest among other features. Highly recommended. I HAVE TO DOWNGRADE MY RATING AS AFTER 5 MONTHS OF USE THE BACK OF THE CHAIR BROKE. I'M 194LBS AND IVE BEEN VERY CAUTIOUS WITH GOING ALL THE WAY BACK WITHOUT SUPPORT OR A WALL BEHIND ME AS SUPPORT. NO WAY ALMOST 300 DOLLARS SHOULD BREAK WITH REGULAR USE IN A WORK OFFICE.

Works perfectly
I previously bought a reclining gaming chair that after 6 months ripped and was super uncomfortable. So I did some research and came across this chair. I have scoliosis which makes most chairs uncomfortable. The lumbar support is awesome as is the reclining. The seat cushion is shorter than my last chair which means I can actually touch the floor when I switch back in the chair. I game on a pc so a good chair is critical. The best thing is the price. It was cheaper than my last chair but only in price not quality. The only con is that the only way to adjust the lumbar area is to raise the back piece on the chair, which makes the headrest higher as well. And you cannot adjust the chair height. The adjustable arm rests help with this some and I have a computer table that I can adjust the height of too. If you’re on the fence just buy it. You won’t regret it!

Great chair! Easy to assemble and very comfortable.
I’ve been using this chair for almost 2 months now, and it’s been great! I WFH and having a good chair has been a lifesaver. The instructions were easy to follow, and it took me about an hour and half to put the chair together. It’s roomy, the lumbar support is great, and I like how the arm rests are adjustable as well. I do wish they were a bit more padded, but some arm rest pads I bought separately have helped. I WFH so I’m in this chair 8+ hours a day and am thoroughly enjoying it!

Not a good fit for me but seems decently built
I've had this chair for almost two years so I feel comfortable reviewing it now. For reference I'm 65 inches tall 135lbs. Pro: I don't lean back much but this feature was a pleasant surprise. Mesh seat doesn't get hot. Decent looking. Moderate degree of adjustment. Con: The silver piece that goes into the back is impossible to install. Only two tabs go into the slot and it annoys me so much that I broke the third off so it would sit flush in the hole. The mesh on the seat is HARSH on the skin. The mesh seat causes fiber and dust to fall through the cracks and sit there. You can't really vacuum it out. I've tried five different types of dusters and couldn't clean it out. I had to blast it out with an air compressor which was repulsive. Weirdly too tall at the lowest height for my feet to touch the ground. Seat is too deep so I don't get the advantage of lumbar support. If I scooch back all the way the highest lumbar adjustment is too short. The lowest neck rest position is too tall. Because this chair is so ill fitting for my body I sit weird in it and cross my legs rather than letting them dangle. That hurts because the arm rests are fixed and put pressure on my legs. I gave this a mid rating because it's not falling apart and might be amazing for someone else. I'm looking for a new chair though. The back pain I have is not worth it.

It’s a great chair but the back is missing a screw that wasn’t part of the assembly. It’s on one of the parts that was pre assembled. There’s no way to contact the seller in regards to this except a return which I don’t want to do

I got this chair since I started working from home, I need an office chair to set up with my office table. This chair is perfect because it’s right size for me. The lumbar support is quite comfortable, and it is adjustable to suite my other family members. I love all the adjustable features of this chair, such as armrest, headrest and the height of the chair. The tilt function is very nice so I can lean on my back little bit and rest after a long hour sit. The seat cushion is upgraded to mesh cushion, actually it’s not a bad idea, because normally foam cushion is unbreathable, it’s not comfortable to sit on it all day especially when hot weather and sweaty. Foam cushion wear out quickly too. Nevertheless, I’m not sure how long the mesh materiel will last, time will tell. In addition, chair’s legs were made from steel or aluminum, they quite heavy but they make the chair more sturdy and durable. It was easy to assemble, just follow the instructions on the video they provide on their amazon page.

This chair has served me quite well in the past 3 weeks. It was very easy to set up and took me about 25-30 minutes to do so. The materials are what you expect. Decent and durable plastic with precision screw holes. The cushion feels average. I wouldn’t say it’s overly comfortable, but it’s better than average. The backrest is probably the most impressive part of the whole chair. It molds to my back and has a good decent height to it. The wheels roll smoothly. I was able to try out both carpet and hardwood and they performed relatively well. I’ve felt better, but they’re definitely good. Tilt is okay, I wish there was a setting to lock it in. That’s the only downside to the chair in my opinion. It tilts pretty far, but without the lock mechanism, it’s not very useful - but could be if you like tilting once in a while without a lock. Arm rests are comfortable. I like how you can take them off on the chair. Very useful if you are a musician and play guitar or an instrument. Gives you the freedom for your arms to move around. The arm rests can adjust forward and backward only. I wish they could do horizontal adjustments. Overall, great chair for the price. I was able to feel comfortable, sturdy and safe while sitting in it for the past month. The aesthetics are great and the hangar is a bonus. I would recommend this chair to anyone with the budget. Great job!

Very bad quality. It was broken in just 3 months of use.
