Nice package size
These packages were bigger than I thought. I made curry, goat and sprinkled this on ten minutes before I served it. My hubby and son loved it. I found out about this from Deddy's kitchen on YouTube. I made the goat too spicy so I wasn't able to eat it. But my hubby said it gave it a really nice flavor I did not use a whole pack. I used about a quarter of the pack for about 2 pounds of goat

Expires early
The fact that these will expire within 1 year is sad. I usually buy seasonings and things throughout the year so when my Dad comes to visit us he brings us our favorite things in 2 large suitcases. I bought this as a test run and will not be buying more unfortunately.

Authentic taste
It's hard to find this in a local grocery store though I live in New York City. My caribbean Friends thought it was superb. AND I'M DO BELIEVE THIS INGREDIENTS DOES GIVE THE CURRY EXTRA OR AUTHENTIC CARIBBEAN STYLE KICK.
