I love these probiotics. They have a lot of clean ingrediants that many other probitiocs contain or do not contain. Along with that, I have found that these probiotics have really helped with my digestion and bloating. Other probiotics that I have taken on an empty stomach have irritated my stomach but these did not effect me at all which I loved. They also have no taste and are easy to take!

I add a capsule to 2 tablespoons of inulin when making my yogurt. I love it

I was having stomach issues after a long trip and a stressful situation. I figured I'd try to rebalance the bacteria in my gut. From previous experiences I learnt the prebiotics and probiotics are really important to support a good digestion. And the digestion/metabolism is key for general well being. Besides being aware of what I ate I started taking one capsule of this probiotic per day with food. Some weeks later my digestive system is working much better and I feel better in general. I found it more complete than the probiotics they sell at the pharmacy. I had tried those before unsuccessfully. Now, who knows, there are a lot of other variables to consider when tackling issues in the digestive system. But this probiotic worked for me and if you have stomach issues I recommend to try it.
