I've tried 3 different boxes of these herbal blue pills and i've yet to try one that does any good. After reading the comments on this brand I was hopeful that this was 'the one'.As suggested, I took one of these with a full glass of water and waited...sure enough around the half-hour mark I could feel a pressure in my head (the one on my shoulders!) and nothing else. After about an hour, I started getting an uncomfortable headache, not strong but feeling like a hangover, this lasted for half the day. Absolutely nothing positive was gained from taking this pill, no teenage wood or energy boost...in fact, I went really tired and just wanted to sleep.Perhaps it's just me, there seems to be quite a few positive reviews to these & other herbal pills. I'm 51, slightly over-weight and blood pressure on the low-side of normal.

These blue capsules are an ok size and have a plastic like coating, making them tasteless and not too bad to swallow. Though they are best taken with water. I have taken them several times mainly before exercise. I have experimented with taking them at different times before exercise between 30min and 2hours. I find, for me, they do seem to have some positive effect, however, this effect is marginal at best.Everyone is different both by design (DNA) and conditioning. Also, everyone has good days and bad. The ingredients would suggest that I ought to have noticed a significant positive effect, however, I just didn’t. The effect definitely was not negative, it just was not as positive as the description lead me to believe.
